Wat Luang is an early 19th century temple located centrally in Pai Village. With a large golden Buddha statue at the front, the temple is easy to find just to the west of the walking street district.

The temple is open to respectful visitors, just be mindful that this is an active temple with resident monks and is in regular use by local buddhists going about their daily lives.
Long skirts or trousers are required at the temples. Shoulders must also be covered.
