Itinerary Details
Drive up Doi Suthep mountain to visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep (Doi Suthep Temple)
This is the most famous temple in Chiang Mai. A truly beautiful temple, and good views of the city on clear days.
We then continue to a nearby peak to see Doi Pui Hmong Village.
The village has a market selling trinkets and some locally made items. The main attraction is the garden above the village.
Take a break for lunch. A set-menu or buffet meal is included in the tour package. Let your guide know if you would prefer to use the lunch budget towards an a-la-carte restaurant of your choosing.
Visit Wat Phra Singh, one of the morst beautiful temples in the city.
Visit Wat Chedi Luang, a diverse temple compound dominated by the large central chedi.
After that there is time to see more of the old city or visit some attractions in the city suburbs.
