Mae Ya Waterfall is the highest waterfall within Doi Inthanon National Park at a height of 280m. It is a beautiful waterfall and an enjoyable short hike to visit.

The waterfall is located a lengthy drive to the south-east of the main national park gate. That inconvenience, coupled with the amount of time it takes to hike up to the falls make it inconvenient for international visitors to include this waterfall on their itinerary.

Mae Ya Waterfall has its own ticket office, and you need to purchase a full national park entry to visit.
